The account of customers as the readers of the library, as well as the reregistartion, are carried out here. The readers can get familiarized with the rules, services, structure, and fund of the library.

 In order to get the record one must have a document providing identity. Then the membership card is issued, it allows the use of any department of the library.

The Staff will:

·help you with the registration documents (if the passport and photos are available);

·introduce you to the library, the functions of various departments, and the service structure;

·comment on the "Terms of Transcarpathian Regional Universal Scientific Library named after F. Potushnyak";

·make a photocopy of the required documents;

·provide information on events organized for the library users.
