Provides the readers, specialists in various fields of the economy, education and culture, scientists, university students, secondary school, lyceum and gymnasium students in particular, with books and periodicals.
The users have access to:

•     A rich collection of the reference publications;
•     60 000 publications in various disciplines;
•     About 300 titles of magazines and newspapers which are placed in the sector of periodicals;
•     Free access to electronic library catalogue;
•     WI-FI zone.

Monthly Library Information Day, held on Wednesday after sanitary day, will introduce you to the new acquisitions of the library.
Service Department holds active educational work through established zones of reading hall, periodicals, and socio-cultural work. It organizes overviews of books, book exhibitions, thematic and information bibliographic overviews, press conferences, literature-music and themed evenings, and book premieres at the libraries, public organizations, schools, and other institutions.
